Question 1

What is a Virginia Flat Fee MLS listing?

Accepted Answer

A Virginia Flat Fee MLS listing allows you to pay a single, upfront fixed fee to place your FSBO home on the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This replaces the traditional listing commission (usually 2.5% to 3%) and is a great fit for Virginia for sale by owner home sellers.

Question 2

How quickly will my home be listed on the MLS?

Accepted Answer

Typically, within 24-48 hours after you complete all the state required home selling forms and provide your photos. We process listings as quickly as the local MLS systems allow. Most Virginia home sellers see their listing go live on the MLS within one business day.

Question 3

Do you cover all of Virginia?

Accepted Answer

Yes, coverage spans all 95 counties and 38 independent cities in Virginia, connecting listings to the state’s major MLS systems including Bright MLS (Northern Virginia, the Shenandoah Valley, and much of Eastern Virginia), CVR MLS (Richmond, Central Virginia, and surrounding communities), Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association MLS (Hampton Roads, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, and surrounding areas), Roanoke Valley-Alleghany Regional MLS (Roanoke and Southwest Virginia), Southwest Virginia Association of REALTORS® MLS (Southwest Virginia and surrounding communities), Harrisonburg-Rockingham Association of REALTORS® MLS (Harrisonburg and the Shenandoah Valley), Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS® MLS (Charlottesville and Central Virginia), and several other regional MLSs that provide comprehensive coverage throughout Virginia.
